Overview

Office Pride Commercial Cleaning Services is looking for a motivated, high energy multi-functional Assistant Operations Manager. Evening shifts are required.

Reports To:

Branch Manager

Supervises:
Team Leads and/or Frontline employees

Responsibilities
  • Daily Operations:
    Support and assist in the daily management of operations and staff supervision. Fill in for call-offs as needed.
  • Client Relations:
    Facilitate communication of client concerns with staff, ensure complete remediation, and provide updates on service delivery to the Operations Manager.
  • Scheduling:
    Aid in scheduling staff shifts, modifying schedules as changes occur.
  • Inventory & Supplies:
    Assist in tracking inventory, enforcing policy adherence, and ordering cleaning supplies as needed.
  • Quality:
    Participate in quality control checks and report findings to the Operations Manager.
  • Staff Management:
    Help with training new employees on cleaning procedures and safety protocols.
  • Training:
    Ensure staff is trained in safety practices and emergency procedures.
  • Reporting:
    Assist in preparing reports for operations management regarding staffing and performance metrics.
  • HR Data:
    Maintain records of employee attendance & PTO requests.
  • Support Services:
    Provide support to staff by resolving day-to-day operational challenges.

Requirements
  • 3-5 years of experience in a management role or similar (Preferred)
  • 3-5 years of professional janitorial experience (Preferred)
  • 1+ year(s) customer service experience (Preferred)
