• Design and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Provide supervision, training, and ongoing support to RBTs.
• Conduct assessments and update treatment goals as necessary.
• Work closely with families and multidisciplinary teams to ensure client success.
• Maintain adherence to ethical and regulatory standards.

• Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification is essential.
• A Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field.
• Experience supervising RBTs and implementing ABA programs.
• Adequate transportation and willingness to travel locally.
• Exceptional leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• A genuine passion for making a meaningful impact in clients' lives.
