, is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Physical Therapist to join our team in Bloomington, IN
.

This is a full-time, onsite role providing hands‑on care and rehabilitation services to patients in a supportive, multidisciplinary environment.

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized plans of care
• Provide hands‑on treatment with clear, functional goals
• Educate patients on recovery, pain management, and home exercise programs
• Monitor progress, adjust treatment plans, and determine appropriate discharge timing
  
  Supervise aides and support efficient clinic flow
• Contribute to clinical protocols, research initiatives, and continuous improvement
• Participate in ongoing professional development and continuing education

• Active Indiana Physical Therapy License (or eligibility for licensure) or compact license.
• Doctorate or Master’s degree in Physical Therapy
• Strong commitment to patient‑centered care and outcomes
