Responsibilities include supervising therapists, designing ABA curricula and behavior intervention plans, reviewing clinical documentation, analyzing data to guide program changes, and providing parent/staff training. Requires a Master's degree, active BCBA certification, experience with autism, and a valid driver’s license;

offers flexible full- and part-time roles and mileage reimbursement.

We are currently hiring Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA) that are looking to use their training and skills to make a difference in a child's life.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct/indirect BCBA supervision to behavioral therapists assigned to cases

  • Design ABA curriculum plans, review, and update on a regular basis

  • Design behavior intervention plans

  • Clinically review reports and session notes on a regular basis

  • Analyze ABA data and implement data-driven program changes

  • Write reports summarizing data and progress for each client supervised

  • Regular communication with parents

  • Coordinate with Program Manager to maintain quality of cases

  • Offer suggestions of incorporating individualized goals into family’s daily routine

  • Provide parent and staff training

Qualifications:

  • Master’s Degree

  • Active BCBA Certification from the BACB

  • Experience working with children on the Autism spectrum

  • Valid Driver’s License
