Administrative Coordinator- Bloomington Hospital

Schedule:
Full Time, Day Shift (7:30am-4:30pm)

Responsibilities:

• Provides standard administrative and technical support to multiple leaders or senior leadership.
• Manages schedules/calendars, coordinates meetings and events, prepares travel arrangements, processes invoices and expense reports, and handles inquiries, as appropriate, across teams they support.
• Manages work with limited guidance and direction.
• Anticipates and proactively addresses administrative and technical issues and challenges as they arise.
• Assures accuracy and availability of office records, files, resource data, various reports, basic budget oversight, etc.
• Exercises sound independent judgement, anticipates potential issues and challenges, and recognizes the specific needs of their leader(s).

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of experience required.
• Requires 3-5+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience with matrix organization and complex work environment preferred.
• Requires intermediate proficiency in MS office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
• Requires intermediate experience in receiving, analyzing, and interpreting complex data and information.
