• RBT Credential with an active or inactive status through the BACB (we are unable to assist with obtaining or reinstating expired credentials)
• Reliable transportation to homes within the greater Fishers area with afternoon availability
• Willingness to undergo a background and reference check prior to working with our learners
• Passion for doing ABA right by acting with intention and empathy in every interaction with learners, caregivers, and supervision team
