Sr. Finance Manager

The Senior Finance Manager is responsible for leading financial planning and analysis activities to support data‑driven decision‑making across the organization. This role serves as a key business partner to senior leadership and operational teams by developing forecasting tools, financial models, and performance analytics. The position also provides critical support for costing, annual budgeting, monthly forecasting, and strategic initiatives, while helping advance finance transformation and operational excellence.

Salary Range: $150K – $170K/yr. base salary + 12% annual bonus (DOE)

• Lead financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, and long‑range planning processes
• Build robust financial models from the ground up; develop scenario analysis and strategic forecasting tools
• Serve as a trusted advisor to senior and practice leadership; analyze KPIs and provide actionable insights
• Tell the financial story behind the numbers, simplifying complex analysis for executive audiences
• Support costing initiatives and financial strategy tied to operational and growth initiatives
• Drive finance transformation efforts, including systems, reporting, and process improvements
• Leverage ERP systems, BI tools, automation, and advanced Excel modeling to improve reporting efficiency
• Evaluate the financial impact of strategic initiatives, transactions, and business changes
• Work independently to solve complex or ambiguous financial challenges
• Collaborate cross‑functionally to support enterprise‑wide financial initiatives

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; MBA or CPA preferred
• 10+ years of progressive finance/accounting experience
• 5+ years in a senior‑level finance leadership role
• Strong financial modeling skills with expert‑level Excel proficiency
• Prior banking or financial services experience strongly preferred
• Solid accounting foundation (not purely FP&A background)
• Experience working independently with minimal oversight; self‑sufficient and proactive
• Deep ERP and BI systems experience; proven ability to improve financial systems
• Strong communication skills with ability to present to senior leadership
• Highly analytical, strategic, and results‑driven mindset
