St. Charles Catholic School is seeking a full-time, faith-filled Library Coordinator for the 2026–27 school year. This position plays an important role in fostering a love of reading, supporting literacy development, and maintaining an organized, welcoming library environment for our students and staff.
The Library Coordinator will manage the daily operations of the school library and work collaboratively with teachers and administration to support classroom instruction and school-wide literacy initiatives. Responsibilities include organizing and maintaining the library collection, assisting students in selecting books, coordinating book check-in/check-out procedures, planning engaging library activities, supporting research projects, and promoting reading through special events and programs.
This individual should be organized, proactive, and enjoy working with children of all elementary grade levels. Strong communication skills and a passion for books and learning are essential.
A teaching license is not required. Experience working with children and/or in a library setting is preferred.
