Position Summary:

Secretly Distribution seeks a Digital Accounts Coordinator to fill a newly opened position within our digital department. This is a full‑time position based in one of our U.S. offices (Bloomington, New York). The new hire will provide support for key DSP relationships including but not limited to Apple Music, Peloton, You Tube, VEVO, Facebook, Instagram, and Tik Tok, while working closely with our existing digital accounts and operations team and distributed label partners.

This role reports to the Digital Accounts Manager.

• Responsible for preparing and submitting weekly pitching requirements to key DS partners – primarily those intersecting across streaming audio, video, and social media
• Assist with formulating, soliciting, and submitting for editorial features and bespoke marketing opportunities
• Consistently update a library of streaming, video, and social media platform best‑practice resources
• Join and contribute on regular calls, in‑person meetings, and playbacks with key DSP partners and distributed label and artist teams
• Liaise with distributed label and artist partners on strategy, scheduling, and reporting
• Seek out, submit, and maintain artist and label verification requests for Facebook, Instagram, Tik Tok, and additional relevant DSPs
• Work closely with the wider digital accounts team to determine release priority and pitch relevant tracks and albums to assigned DSPs (Apple Music, You Tube, VEVO, etc.)
• Draft and circulate Secretly Distribution’s Socials Update weekly mailer to label partners
• Assist label partners with social media‑related clerical issues (hacked accounts, access issues, etc.)
• Update Secretly Distribution social media properties using best practices as needed to keep profiles active and relevant

• 1+ years background at a label, distributor, artist management company, or DSP in a digital marketing, streaming, sales, and social‑management facing role
• Active interest in emerging technologies and trends as they relate to the intersection of social platforms and streaming media
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Effective communication, organization, and time‑management skills; ability to set priorities, multitask, and meet deadlines
• Familiarity with Mailchimp, video and social platform analytics, and Outlook suite
• Familiarity and application of Facebook Business Manager
• Knowledge of navigating Meta and Tik Tok Ads Manager platforms
• A deep passion for discovering and talking about new music across a variety of genres
• Interest and knowledge of Secretly Distribution’s catalog and current roster of distributed partners
• Pre‑existing relationships or account‑management experience with DSPs is a plus

New York Salary: $42,250
