• Develop project charters with direction from stakeholders to ensure alignment with business objectives
• Manage project tasks, schedules, resources, and budgets to ensure timely completion
• Facilitate communication and collaboration across sales, revenue operations, and other departments
• Identify project risks and issues, and proactively develop mitigation strategies
• Document project requirements, decisions, and post‑project evaluation for continuous improvement

• 3-5 years of experience in Project Management
• Strong organizational, critical thinking, and problem‑solving skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to lead cross‑functional teams and drive consensus
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Power Point

• Experience in B2B insurance
• Experience managing cross‑functional teams
• Certification in project management methodologies
• Strong time management and prioritization skills in fast‑paced environments
