We are seeking a full time, onsite, Accounting & Office Manager for our Bloomington, IN shop.

The Payroll Coordinator will be primarily responsible for managing проками all aspects of payroll processing to ensure accurate and timely payment for employees. Key duties include handling full‑cycle payroll, verifying time‑keeping data, managing deductions and with holdings, and ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations. This role will also oversee payroll reporting, assist with audits, and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.

Secondary responsibilities include supporting HR functionsbeginn such as onboarding and maintaining employee records. Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to meet strict deadlines in a fast‑paced environment are essential.
