We work very well with all major insurance companies as well as our dealerships Royal South Toyota, Royal on the Eastside, and Royal South Mazda Volvo of Bloomington sending us work. Ideal candidates will have:

• Outstanding communication skills
• Professional body shop technician experience
• Professional appearance and work ethic
• Great attitude with a high-energy personality
• An understanding that our customers are our livelihood
• Ability to read and comprehend instructions
• Ability to exercise good judgment
• Valid State drivers license and good driving record
• Technical or trade school degree preferred

• Prepare and repair vehicle per estimate according to manufacturer standards
• Disassemble and repair vehicle with a sense of urgency and attention to detail
• Maintain/assist with identifying, and or, sourcing parts and material
• Work as a team player to ensure on-time delivery of vehicles
• Maintain tools and equipment in a proper state of repair
• Positive attitude and fix it right the first time mentality
