This is a full‑time, on‑site Office Coordinator role located in the Greater Bloomington Area. The Office Coordinator will manage administrative tasks, handle office equipment operations, and maintain a welcoming and professional office environment. Responsibilities include managing phone communication, scheduling appointments, and delivering outstanding customer service. The Office Coordinator will also support the day‑to‑day operations to promote efficiency and ensure a seamless experience for both patients and staff.

• Proficiency in Administrative Assistance tasks, including scheduling, organization, and record‑keeping
• Strong Phone Etiquette and ability to manage inbound and outbound calls in a professional manner
• Experience with Office Equipment and tools commonly used in administrative work
• Excellent Customer Service skills to ensure patient satisfaction
• Strong Communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to multitask and maintain attention to detail
• Knowledge or experience in healthcare or vision‑related services is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in office administration or related fields is an advantage
