MSP Manufacturing is seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail‑oriented Part‑Time Executive Assistant to support senior leadership. This role is ideal for a professional who excels at managing calendars, communication, and administrative priorities in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment. The Executive Assistant will play a key role in improving efficiency, organization, and executive effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities- Provide high‑level administrative support to executives and senior leadership
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements
- Prepare, edit, and format correspondence, reports, and presentations
Serve as a professional point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders - Organize meetings, prepare agendas, take meeting notes, and track action items
- Maintain confidential records and handle sensitive information with discretion
- Assist with project coordination, follow‑ups, and deadline tracking
- Support basic HR, finance, or operations tasks as needed
- Identify opportunities to improve administrative processes and workflows
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and/or Google Workspace
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality
- Strong organizational and time‑management skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Experience supporting executives in a manufacturing, operations, or industrial environment is a plus
- Experience with scheduling across multiple time zones
- Familiarity with ERP systems, CRM tools, or project management software
- Basic bookkeeping, HR coordination, or reporting experience
- Strong problem‑solving mindset and attention to detail
- Experience with Photography and/or Marketing
- Hourly rate: $20 - $25 per hour (based on experience)
