Role Overview

Field Service Appliance Technician – Responsible for following operating instructions, troubleshooting mechanical breakdowns, maintaining truck supplies and inventory, working with manufacturers for technical assistance, and documenting service calls using paperless forms.

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must be drug‑free, obtain a clean criminal background, and have a DUI‑free driving record
• Have a valid driver’s license
• Ability to push/pull up to 50 lbs. without accommodations

• Preferred: 2–5 years mechanical experience

Training Phase (4 months): Pay: $18–$20/hour (based on skillset)

Post‑Training: Salary: $40,000 annually + 8% commission on repair work + eligibility for a $500 monthly working performance bonus

• Tool rent‑to‑own program
• Company‑issued pickup truck, cell phone, and laptop provided

• Monday–Friday, starting at 8 AM until calls are complete
• Rotating on‑call schedule (every 12–15 weeks)
