Pay Range: $28‑$32/hr (DOE) + Bi‑Weekly Install Bonuses + Benefits

• Supervision of the entire installation project
• Supervising safety on the job
• Completing installations on various roof types and ground mounts
• Supervising quality and efficiency of work performed on site
• Communicating with Roof Lead and Branch Manager on any changes needed
• Mounting racking, modules, and electrical equipment
• Thoroughly and completely filling out job documents
• Collecting data and photos for each job
• Driving company vehicle safely to and from jobs
• Managing truck tools and material inventory
• Supervising troubleshooting of projects
• Cleaning up the job site
• Performing required travel for extended periods when necessary
• Providing and maintaining पक्ष a current driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Performing other duties as assigned

Education &

Certifications:

High School Graduate or GED.

Experience: Minimum 1+ year experience, including at least 6 months leading a crew, electrical and roof racking experience.

• Lifting, pulling, and pushing materials and equipment as needed
• Climbing ladders, stairs, toilets, and working on rooftops for extended periods

Employee is required to travel for business purposes, not including commute, and must have a valid driver’s license and insurance as well as the ability to use a personal vehicle to reach different sites.
