About the RoleWe’re seeking a driven, relationship-focused Channel & Field Marketing Manager to lead distributor network growth while owning our national trade show and field marketing strategy.
This is a high-impact, revenue-generating role that blends channel development, field marketing execution, and brand leadership. You’ll strengthen and expand our distributor partnerships, represent our company at key industry events, and ensure our brand presence translates directly into measurable growth.

What You’ll Do Grow & Manage the Distributor Network- Develop, support, and expand our national distributor network
- Build strong relationships with distributor leadership and sales teams
- Identify new distributor opportunities and onboard strategic partners
- Drive joint business planning, promotions, and growth initiatives
- Support distributor sales efforts with training, product demos, and field visits
- Monitor distributor performance and identify opportunities for expansion
- Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities through the channel
- Support key accounts alongside distribution partners
- Maintain an accurate pipeline and deliver reliable sales forecasting
- Provide market intelligence and competitive insights
- Plan, coordinate, and execute national trade shows and industry events
- Manage event budgets, logistics, booth strategy, and on-site execution
- Serve as lead brand ambassador at events — demoing products and engaging prospects
- Capture and qualify high-value leads
- Track event ROI and ensure timely follow-up with distributors and internal teams
- Collaborate on sales collateral, booth graphics, and marketing materials
- Ensure distributor-facing materials are consistent and on-brand
- Share real-time field feedback to strengthen messaging and positioning
- Represent the company professionally across all customer and partner touchpoints
- Act as the bridge between distributors, customers, and internal teams
- Support go-to-market initiatives, pricing strategies, and promotions
- Maintain accurate CRM records and clear reporting
- Ensure strong execution and follow-through across all initiatives
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
- Proven success in B2B sales, channel management, or field marketing
- Experience working with distributors or independent rep networks preferred
- Confidence presenting in front of distributor teams, customers, and large audiences
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Bonus: familiarity with marketing/design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, etc.)
- Highly self-motivated, organized, and customer-focused
- Willingness to travel extensively and work trade show schedules
- 30–60% travel to distributor sites, trade shows, and customer locations
- Occasional evenings and weekends required for events
