Senior Sales Representative

• Promote the employer's Animal Nutrition brand by partnering with local store management and driving product visibility
• Conduct regular store visits within the assigned territory to build relationships and support product sales
• Act as the primary communication link between field teams and internal departments
• Build strong, trust-based relationships with accounts to enable training events and growth activities
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create impactful sales and marketing collateral

• Bachelor’s Degree in Agriculture or a related business field
• Minimum of 2 years of successful sales and/or nutritional experience
• Proven ability to create and maintain positive relationships with accounts
• Strong financial and analytical skills for sales data analysis
• Ability to work independently and effectively within cross-functional teams

• Experience in managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced retail environment
• Strong communication skills for strategy presentations to staff at all levels
• Creative thinking ability to develop new ideas and systems
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and virtual tools
• Willingness to travel extensively, including overnight travel (75%)
