What You'll Do:
  • Achieve annual sales goals through various sales strategies and tactics.
  • Routinely educate crop consultants, growers, and other key territory stakeholders.
  • Prepare an annual business plan outlining goals, objectives, strategies and tactics to help increase sales growth opportunities.
  • Help with forecasting annual sales targets with key plant nutrition technologies for USA market.
  • Work closely with the sales teams to support, influence, monitor and drive sales through advancement of application technologies.
  • Provide marketing and equipment information to support the proper placement of Loveland plant nutrition portfolio.
  • Help the sales teams by solving problems and creating solutions when and where needed.
  • Advise management, crop advisors and growers on using best application practices to drive sales of Loveland nutritional products to improve plant health, crop yield and profitability.
  • Coordinate and collaborate with technical resources and key sales stakeholders to build operational confidence by leveraging technologies in application of Loveland technologies.
  • Help develop marketing support strategies, product positioning, presentations, and technical support as needed.
  • Provide education on application technologies to support and drive Loveland nutritional technology sales and adoption.
What You'll Bring:
  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in agronomy, chemistry, plant science and agriculture or another related field; experience may be considered in lieu of education.
  • 10+ years of experience in all aspects of developing and maintaining sales activities, marketing strategies and customer services in the crop input industry.
  • Strong industry network in the agriculture space.
  • Adaptability to changes in the work environment; manage competing demands; able to deal with frequent changes, delays or unexpected events.
  • Ability to understand business implications of decision-making processes.
Compensation & Benefits:

The salary range for this role, in Loveland, CO, is between $115,900 – $198,600. While we provide this range as general guidance, several factors are taken into consideration when making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, candidate skill set, experience and training, licensure and certifications, work location, and other business and organizational needs. Actual salary and benefits may differ based upon location.

We provide an attractive benefits package that includes comprehensive medical, dental, vision coverage, and life insurance and disability coverage for positions working more than 30 hours per week. In addition to base pay, this role is also eligible to participate in our annual incentive plan, consistent with the terms of our program(s) where discretionary pay out of awards is reflecting components such as performance of the company and the employee.
