Sales Representative – People Ready (Bloomington, IL)
People Ready is looking for a driven Sales Representative to help grow our presence in the Bloomington, IL market. The ideal candidate will bring 3+ years of sales experience in a fast‑paced environment and a passion for building lasting client relationships.
Base Pay Range$50,000.00 / yr – $64,507.00 / yr
Responsibilities- Represent People Ready in the assigned territory, accounts, or verticals to meet all customer staffing needs.
- Engage with local branch teams to ensure customers’ orders are filled with the talent they require.
- Assist local Branch Managers with penetration and retention selling for existing customers.
- Close orders and ensure proper documentation is complete.
- Drive sales growth through aggressive market strategies and account development; hit sales targets in both revenue and profitability.
- Leverage all communication channels to build strong relationships—both internally and externally.
- Adopt the Counselor Sales Process (CSP) as a selling methodology.
- Perform additional responsibilities as required.
- 3+ years related sales experience; bachelor’s, associate’s degree, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Managed a sales portfolio of at least $2.5 M per annum.
- Sales experience in one or more blue‑collar vertical markets.
- Functional knowledge of Federal and State Human Resources regulations.
- Strong communication skills and persuasive ability.
- Proficiency with MS Office, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Bilingual language skills an advantage.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Additional qualifications as needed.
Salary range: $50,000 – $64,507 annually, depending on experience and geographic location, plus eligibility for incentive pay subject to plan terms. Compensation may vary based on local pay requirements and will meet or exceed state‑specific minimum wage or salary thresholds.

Physical and Work RequirementsEmployee is frequently required to stand, walk, sit, talk, and/or hear for long periods. Valid driver’s license and good safety record required for driving to locations. Occasionally exposed to outdoor weather conditions.
