Position Information

Hourly Wage: $17 – $30 per hour (actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location).

Additional Compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives. Premiums may be paid ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances, based on schedule, facility, season, or work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if criteria are met.

Job Overview

The main priority of the Deli / Bakery associate is to prepare quality products for customers. Associates engage with customers at the service counter and move incoming merchandise to the sales floor. Cleaning and maintaining proper food‑safety standards are critical to the team’s success.
