Nurse Practitioner

We are a growing provider of psychiatric and psycho-social services in long-term care, supporting over 600 facilities across multiple states. Currently, we have openings for a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant specializing or interested in geriatric psychiatry.

• Flexible full-time or part-time hours
• Daytime schedule, no weekends or on-call

• Valid NP or PA license with DEA# in the state
• Experience in mental health care with geriatric patients preferred
• Strong communication and interdisciplinary collaboration skills

• Conducting evaluations, diagnoses, and treatments for geriatric patients in various facilities
• Prescribing or adjusting psychotropic medications
• Seeing 12-15 patients daily
• Collaborating with healthcare teams to ensure continuity of care
• Knowledge of Medicare standards and documentation
