CRNA OPPORTUNITY

• Will see patients in Ambulatory Surgery & Endoscopy Center
• 5 shifts per week, 8 hour guarantee or 4 shifts with 9 hours per
• No call. No nights, weekends or holidays.
• Join 1 anesthesiologist and multiple CRNAs.
• 4 surgical suites with potential for growth

• $100k Sign on Bonus (Can be used for relocation or medical education)
• W2 Salary up to $310,000 depending on experience, # of days worked
• PTO 33 days + Paid Holidays + Generous CME Package

• Ability to obtain/maintain provider license in state of Illinois
• 1+ years experience preferred as CRNA or RN in Critical Care setting
• Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist or Student Registered Nurse Anesthetist welcome to apply, provided have already:
  Graduation with a minimum of a master's degree from a nurse anesthesia educational program accredited by the Council on Accreditation of Nurse Anesthesia Educational Programs
• Board Certified or Board Eligible Medical Doctor with or w/o US residency with current US work visa.
