Job Title: Welder Fabricator - Industrial Work
Location: Bloomington, IL
Pay: $25-$28 per hour (based on experience)

Job Description:
We are currently hiring experienced Welder Fabricators for industrial projects in Bloomington, IL. This is a full-time opportunity for skilled tradespeople who take pride in quality welds and precise fabrication work in demanding industrial environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform MIG, TIG, and stick welding on structural steel and industrial components
- Read and interpret blueprints, welding symbols, and fabrication drawings
- Measure, cut, and fit metal using various tools and equipment
- Fabricate and assemble metal structures and frameworks
- Inspect welds for quality and compliance with specifications
- Maintain a safe and clean work area in an industrial setting
- 2+ years of welding and fabrication experience in an industrial or structural setting
- Ability to read blueprints and fabricate with precision
- Experience with MIG, TIG, and/or stick welding (certifications a plus)
- Must have own basic tools and PPE
- Reliable transportation and a strong work ethic
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Competitive pay: $25-$28/hr, based on experience
