About The Role

As a Solderer, you will play a critical role in the manufacturing and assembly process by precisely joining electronic components and wiring to ensure the functionality and reliability of finished products. Your work will directly impact product quality and performance, requiring meticulous attention to detail and adherence to safety standards. You will be responsible for performing repetitive tasks on an assembly line, maintaining consistent output while ensuring each solder joint meets strict quality criteria.

Collaboration with quality control and engineering teams will be essential to troubleshoot and improve soldering processes. Ultimately, your expertise will contribute to the successful delivery of high-quality electronic assemblies that meet customer and industry standards.

Minimum Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Proven experience in soldering and assembly line work.
  • Ability to perform repetitive tasks with precision and consistency.
  • Basic arithmetic skills for measurement and component verification.
  • Capability to work flexible hours including overtime and weekends.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with Microsoft Office for documentation and reporting purposes.
  • Familiarity with project management principles to support production planning.
  • Knowledge of electronic components and circuit board assembly.
  • Certification in soldering techniques or electronics assembly.
  • Strong color vision to accurately distinguish component colors.
Responsibilities
  • Perform repetitive soldering tasks on an assembly line with high accuracy and efficiency.
  • Operate various hand tools and measurement devices to prepare and inspect components before and after soldering.
  • Distinguish colors and read technical diagrams to correctly identify components and wiring.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area while adhering to safety protocols and quality standards.
  • Work overtime and weekends as needed to meet production deadlines and project requirements.
  • Collaborate with project management and quality assurance teams to ensure continuous improvement in soldering processes.
  • Document work progress and report any defects or issues encountered during assembly.
