The company operates in over 500,000 square feet of manufacturing and fleet services space in 4 states. Our Fleet Service Center in Bloomington, IL repairs frames, installs liftgates, repairs accident damages and a variety of other services required by our customers.

• Perform welding (GMAW) on steel, stainless steel, and aluminum materials to repair or modify trailer structures.
• Use hand and air power tools (grinders, impact gun, floor jacks, etc.) to repair mechanical components.
• Conduct inspections and repairs on hydraulic and electrical systems.
• Read and interpret work orders and blueprints to complete repairs according to specifications.
• Cut and shape metal using shears, plasma cutters, and saws to fabricate or modify parts related to truck and trailer bodies.

• Strong mechanical aptitude, with an emphasis on repair and maintenance.
• Welding experience, with the ability to pass on‑site welding tests (GMAW).
• Ability to read and accurately measure using a tape measure down to 1/16th.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; ASE Certification preferred.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, carrying out work in accordance with established procedures and safety standards.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, safety rules, work orders, and written directions.

• Must be able to communicate clearly.
• Requires ability to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 50 lbs.
• Requires ability to sit, stand, walk, climb, balance, stoop, crawl, and kneel.
• Specific vision ability required includes close, distance, color, and peripheral vision with depth perception and ability to adjust focus.

Manufacturing environment with frequent exposure to fumes or airborne particles, noise intensity level, proximity to moving mechanical parts and exposure to weather.
