Job Description10 to 12 years working with the Service Now platform in enterprise wide, multitier Service Now production environment. At least 12 to 14 years of experience in the IT Industry Experience.
Roles Responsibilities- Hands‑on experience in implementing CMDB Discovery Service Mapping
- Good knowledge of software and hardware life cycle workflows and processes. Basic understanding and ability to script automated processes
- Configuration and enhancements on the Service Now ITAM modular platform
- Develop Service Now SAM configuration, including automated asset data population integrations with SCCM, JAMF, and other software asset sources
- Experience in configuring end‑to‑end SAM Pro processes, activities, along with reconciliation, reclamation rules, and reports work spaces
- Hands‑on experience in implementing the HAM Pro module along with Hardware models lifecycle processes, normalisation workspace, enablement, etc
- Document every development configuration and technical details, and prepare training material
- Service Now Administration certification
- Service Now Implementation Specialist Certification, HAM SAM Discovery, various tracks
