Travel Nurse RN - Labor and Delivery

• Provide nursing care throughout the LDRP continuum: labor, delivery, postpartum, and newborn care.
• Perform and interpret electronic fetal monitoring using Obix with Phillips monitors.
• Manage labor patients including vaginal, induction, and cesarean deliveries.
• Deliver postpartum care and newborn couplet care following AWHONN staffing guidelines (1:1 labor, 1:3 couplet).
• Collaborate with obstetricians, neonatologists, RT, OB techs, and interdisciplinary teams.
• Maintain proficiency with EPIC documentation for all patient encounters.
• Respond to obstetric emergencies using established clinical protocols.
• Support Level II nursery newborns, including CPAP troubleshooting with RT assistance.
• Float within the hospital to assist with task-based duties as needed.

Required Experience & Skills

2 years L&D Must-Have:
Strong L&D clinical competency Ability to work all areas of LDRP Nursery experience preferred Required Certifications BLS NRP ACLS
