Overview

Carle Health is seeking an Advanced Practice Provider to join our Convenient Care Department in Bloomington-Normal, Illinois.

Opportunity Details

• PRN position
• Diagnose and treat patients of all ages in a convenient care setting with limited lab and X-ray services available onsite
• Candidates must be willing to work weekends, weekdays, and evenings; schedule will include holidays shared amongst the group
• Convenient Care is open 7 days a week; 7 AM – 8 PM Mon-Fri and 8 AM – 5 PM Sat & Sun. Holiday hours 8 AM - 4 PM
• Other services available at Carle Bro Menn Outpatient Center include Primary Care, Pediatrics, Occupational Medicine, Behavioral Health, Rheumatology, Rehabilitation, Imaging, Women’s Imaging, and Lab Services
• Able to consult with specialists across the organization
• Be part of a strong, stable, and innovative health system
• Fully integrated system with clinics and hospitals on Epic EMR to improve care coordination

Education Requirements:
Master's degree in Nursing or Physician Assistant.

Licensure/Certification Requirements:
Current Illinois Registered Nurse license and Advanced Practice Nurse/Physician Assistant licensure

Compensation and Benefits

The compensation range for this position is $77.20/hour. This represents a good faith minimum and maximum range for the role at the time of posting by Carle Health. The actual compensation offered a candidate will be dependent on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, the candidate?s experience, qualifications, location, training, licenses, shifts worked and compensation model. Carle Health offers a comprehensive benefits package for team members and providers.
