PRN Convenient Care APP Opportunity in Illinois NewCarle Health is seeking an Advanced Practice Providerto join our Convenient Care Department in Bloomington-Normal, Illinois.
Opportunity Details:
- PRN position
- Diagnose and treat patients of all ages in a convenient care setting with limited lab and X-ray services available onsite
- Candidates must be willing to work weekends, weekdays, and evenings; schedule will include holidays shared amongst the group
- Convenient Care is open 7 days a week; 7 AM – 8 PM Mon-Fri and 8 AM – 5 PM Sat & Sun. Holiday hours 8 AM - 4 PM
- Other services available at Carle Bro Menn Outpatient Center include Primary Care, Pediatrics, Occupational Medicine, Behavioral Health, Rheumatology, Rehabilitation, Imaging, Women’s Imaging, and Lab Services
- Able to consult with specialists across the organization
- Be part of a strong, stable, and innovative health system
- Fully integrated system with clinics and hospitals on Epic EMR to improve care coordination
Education Requirements:
Master's degree in Nursing or Physician Assistant.
Licensure/Certification Requirements:
Current Illinois Registered Nurse license and Advanced Practice Nurse/Physician Assistant licensure
