** PROGRAM ASSIGNMENTS
** As part of our Graduate Program, you will have the opportunity to gain international and cross-functional experience through two structured assignments:
1. First Assignment (1 year):
You will take on the role of
** Junior Process Technologist
** within the
** Production
* * function in
** Belsk, Poland.
** 2. Second Assignment (2 years):
You will continue to grow in this role and its responsibilities at the
** Belsk Plant**. After three years, this path could lead you to take on the position of
** Technology Specialist
** in Alba, Italy!

This program is designed to accelerate your development, broaden your expertise, and prepare you for future challenging roles within Operations.
** 1st Assignment:
Junior Process Technologist
** You will manage and review documentation related to production processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

Monitoring the
** sensory properties
** of products and semi-finished goods will be essential to maintain consistency and quality.

You will organize and conduct
** technological trials**, driving innovation and continuous improvement.

Collaboration with other departments will be a core part of your role, fostering teamwork and knowledge sharing to achieve common goals.

As
** Junior Process Technologist**, you will play a key role in defining and controlling
** technological processes**, ensuring every step meets
** quality and efficiency standards**.Your responsibilities will include performing calculations and analyses to support
** process development**, standardizing
** technological parameters**, and
** optimizing production
** for maximum performance.

You will bring your Master’s degree (MSc, 5 years of studies) in
** Food Technology, Food Science or Chemical/Food Engineering
** or a related field connected to food manufacturing, with an
** excellent academic record, achieved within maximum 12 months.
** As a great communicator,
** fluency in English and Italian
** will be essential to cover this position, combined with your
** proficiency in MS Office tools**.  Your great passion and
** interest in the food industry**, curiosity, openness and
** intercultural competence**, together with your
** committed, logical and process-oriented approach to work**, complete your profile.  Your real desire for
