Rates: $3000/day with 8 hour gratis, $275-325/hr after 8 hours (depending on experience and availability).

Schedule:
This is a part-time position, with an estimated 15 shifts per month. The role includes a mix of clinic, ambulatory procedures, and inpatient call coverage. You will be on call with a 30-minute response time. - Diverse Responsibilities:
You will perform a wide range of diagnostic and interventional EP procedures, including the implantation of pacemakers, cardioverter/defibrillators, and Watchman devices. You will also perform cardiac ablations, loop recorder procedures, and provide inpatient and outpatient electrophysiology services. - Collaborative Team:
You will not work solo. You will consult on patients admitted under hospitalist and ICU services and participate in multidisciplinary care for cardiac surgery and structural heart patients. - EMR System:
The facility uses Epic for all charting. - Quick Privileging:
The estimated time to secure full or temporary privileges is 60 days.
- Provide inpatient and outpatient electrophysiology services.
- Perform a wide range of procedures, including cardiac rhythm conversion, ablation procedures, and the implantation of various cardiac devices.
- Consult with hospitalist and ICU services.
- Participate in multidisciplinary care for cardiac surgery and structural heart patients.
- Education:
MD or DO. - Board Status:
Board-Certified or Board-Eligible. - Experience:
Minimum of 1 year of experience. - Licensure:
An active Illinois State License is required. - Certifications:
ACLS, DEA, and CSR licenses are required
- The estimated start date is October 15, 2025.
