This position is seeking a second doctor that can work Tuesday through Friday.

• DDS/DMD degree with an active and unrestricted Illinois license.

• Ability to perform essential duties satisfactorily, with or without reasonable accommodation.

• Availability for periodic virtual or in-person training throughout the year.
• TB testing required for all new dental office hires; process arranged during pre-employment. Not applicable in FL & TN.
