Toyota Bloomington – Parts Counter-person

Toyota Bloomington, part of the Leman Automotive Group, is seeking a reliable and customer-focused Parts Counter-person to join our team.

• Oversee the parts sales process from start to finish

• Assist customers and service technicians at the parts counter

• Work with the Parts Manager to locate parts not currently in stock

• Complete special-order parts requests accurately and efficiently

• Communicate order status and availability to customers and internal staff

• Maintain a friendly, professional demeanor at all times

• Follow all company safety policies and procedures

• Understand and comply with all applicable federal, state, and local regulations

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Previous auto parts experience preferred

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Strong organizational and time-management skills

• Detail-oriented with a strong work ethic and professional appearance
