Seeking a motivated Outside Sales Representative to grow our customer base and strengthen key account relationships
Key Responsibilities- Prospect, identify, and secure new business opportunities
- Conduct on-site customer visits, sales presentations, and plant tours
- Prepare and deliver sales reports
- Maintain knowledge of industry trends, material requirements, and precision manufacturing processes
- Develop understanding of CNC turning, Swiss turning, and related machining technologies
- Report directly to company management and ownership
- 5+ years of sales experience in manufacturing, industrial products, machining, or related fields
- Proven track record of sales growth and relationship building
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Self-motivated with strong time-management and organizational abilities
- CRM experience is a plus
