Toddler Teachers

We are looking for a Lead Co‑Teacher for the ages between 18 months and 3 years. This position is ideal for an energetic, nurturing person seeking a supportive and fun workplace. • Coordinate daily operations of assigned classes.
• Plan, present, and evaluate educational and recreational activities in a safe environment.
• Work directly with children and parents to provide quality customer service.
• Develop and maintain classroom rapport, manage curricula, and support student learning.
• Maintain appropriate ratios and collaborate with directors for resources.
• Comply with school safety and state regulations.

• Associate or Bachelor of Arts in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred.
• Child Development Associate (CDA) preferred.
• 1–2 years of relevant experience preferred.
• Successful completion of state‑required pre‑service training.
• Strong communication skills; ability to build relationships with children, parents, and faculty.
• Calmly address stressful situations while multitasking to ensure smooth operations.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. for child handling and emergency situations; specialized lifting for infants if applicable.
• Background check eligibility.
