Dollar General - - Responsibilities:
Recruit, select and retain qualified employees and ensure store is properly staffed;
Provide proper training for employees; conduct performance evaluations; identify gaps for appropriate solutions and/or counseling;
Open the store at least two times per week and close the store at least two times per week;
Evaluate operating statements to identify business trends, expenses, and inventory issues;
Maintain accurate inventory levels and ensure financial integrity through cashier accountability and security practices
