Wound Care Provider

Quality Wound Care (QWC) provides expert wound care services through a team of wound care certified physicians and medical scribes. This is a full-time, on-site role for a Wound Care Provider, based in New Jersey and Connecticut. The Wound Care Provider will be responsible for evaluating patients, developing and implementing wound care treatment plans, and providing high-quality medical care. The role requires close collaboration with facility staff to enhance patient outcomes and ensure timely and accurate documentation of treatments.

• Strong skills in Medicine and Home Care with relevant experience in wound care practices
• Excellent Communication and Customer Service abilities for engaging with patients, families, and facility staff
• Experience in Training staff or willingness to mentor others in wound care techniques
• Licensure in an applicable medical field (e.g., NP, or physician) and wound care certification is preferred
• Proven ability to work effectively as part of a team
