Service Now TSM and TSOM Architect

Location:

Irvine, CA

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Service Now TSM and TSOM Architect to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing Service Now solutions specifically for the Telecommunications industry using the TSM and TSOM modules. You will work closely with clients and internal teams to deliver innovative solutions that streamline telecom operations and enhance service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead the architectural design and implementation of Service Now TSM and TSOM solutions for telecom clients
2. Develop and maintain solution blueprints, technical specifications, and integration designs
3. Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
4. Provide expert guidance on Service Now best practices, particularly in the telecom domain
5. Mentor and guide junior team members on Service Now TSM and TSOM implementations
6. Ensure solution designs align with client's business objectives and industry standards
7. Conduct technical reviews and quality assurance checks on deliverables
8. Stay updated on the latest Service Now releases and features, particularly those relevant to TSM and TSOM
9. Participate in pre-sales activities, including solution demonstrations and proposal development
10. Troubleshoot complex issues and provide escalation support

Required Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field
2. Minimum of 10 years of experience with Service Now platform, including at least 3 years of hands-on experience with TSM and TSOM modules
3. Service Now Certified System Administrator and Service Now Certified Application Developer certifications
4. Strong understanding of ITIL processes and telecom industry standards
5. Expertise in Service Now scripting, workflow design, and platform customization
6.

Experience with integrating Service Now with other telecom systems and tools
7. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skils
8. Strong communication and presentation skills
9. Ability to work effectively in a team environment and lead technical discussions

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Master's degree in a relevant field
2. Additional Service Now certifications, such as Certified Implementation Specialist - Telecommunications Service Management
3.

Experience with other Service Now products like ITSM, ITOM, and CSM
4. Knowledge of telecom network technologies (e.g., 5G, fiber optics, SDN/NFV)
5.

Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
6. Project management experience
