Compliance & Regulatory Operations Lead

Onsite, Detroit, MI

MANDATORY

We’re looking for an execution focused compliance professional to support a regulated, vehicle based technology program operating across the U.S. and Canada. This role is embedded in operations and focuses on monitoring, documentation, and execution of regulatory requirements — not legal analysis.

• Monitor compliance requirements tied to vehicle operations
• Maintain regulator ready documentation (permits, approvals, classifications)
• Track Temporary Import Bond (TIB) conditions, vehicle locations, and usage scope
• Perform ongoing compliance monitoring and escalate issues as needed
• Support audits and inquiries with facts and documentation

• BS/BA, Math, Computer Science, Information Technology or Business/Finance

3–7 years in compliance operations or regulatory program support

• Experience in regulated operational environments (vehicle, mobility, transportation, tech, or engineering)
• Strong documentation and cross functional coordination skills

• Excellent communication skills and ability to verbalize complex issues in simple English
