This is a 100% in office position in BLOOMFIELD NJ.

This role offers hands-on training from day one and a clear growth path into a Recruiter role within the first 6-12 months.

• Starting wage of $23.00 - $26.00 per hour based on experience

• Answer phones and emails and serve as a first point of contact for candidates
• Schedule in-person and virtual interviews
• Enter and update candidate information in the ATS
• Support recruiters and sales with daily recruiting and sales office activities
• Assist with sourcing, social media, and candidate engagement
• Learn and grow into interviewing, sourcing, placements, and client interaction

• Customer-facing work where communication and service matter
• Working in a Service industry
• Managing schedules, appointments, or multiple tasks
• Communicating first and foremost face to face with customers, by phone, email, and online tools
• Staying organized and following through on details
• Wanting a career with growth, learning, and purpose

• Experience scheduling interviews or coordinating logistics
• Familiarity with social media or digital platforms
