Co Stylist

Position Summary

This role is ideal for licensed or newly licensed stylists who are passionate about hair, customer service, and career growth within the beauty industry.

• Client Support & Experience: Greet clients and ensure a warm, welcoming salon experience.
• Shampoo, condition, and prep clients for services.
• Assist during services such as blow-drying, toning, treatments, braiding prep, and silk press prep.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of stations, tools, and common areas.

• Stylist Support: Assist the master stylist during hair services.
• Mix color, prepare products, and organize tools as directed.
• Observe and learn advanced techniques and salon standards.

• Salon Operations: Maintain inventory of products and supplies.
• Launder towels, capes, and linens.
• Follow salon policies, safety, and sanitation guidelines.

• Professional Development: Participate in ongoing education, training, and skill-building.
• Accept feedback and demonstrate growth in technical and customer service skills.

• Valid cosmetology license.
• Passion for hair styling and beauty services.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
