Teller
As a Teller, you are often the first point of connection for our members. You’ll deliver accurate, friendly, and efficient service while supporting everyday banking needs. Through trust‑building interactions and attention to detail, you’ll play a vital role in creating positive member experiences and supporting branch success.
What You’ll Do:- Serve Members:
Process deposits, withdrawals, transfers, payments, and other routine transactions accurately and efficiently. - Ensure Cash Accuracy:
Maintain security and accuracy of cash drawers, checks, gift cards, postage stamps, and negotiable items. - Support Sales & Service Goals:
Participate in branch sales and service programs to meet individual and branch performance expectations. - Build Relationships:
Establish and maintain professional, positive relationships with members and coworkers. - Promote Products:
Demonstrate knowledge of Vibe’s products and services and refer members when appropriate. - Maintain Compliance:
Follow policies and procedures related to BSA, AML, CIP, and CDD daily to ensure regulatory compliance. - Provide Branch Support:
Assist at other branch locations as needed and remain flexible with scheduling based on branch needs. - Maintain Standards:
Complete daily reports, attend required meetings, protect member confidentiality, and ensure a clean and secure workspace. - Perform Additional Duties:
Complete special assignments and other responsibilities as needed. - Meet all established Sales and Service Goals.
Education & Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Customer service or cash‑handling experience preferred.
- Strong customer service and sales skills.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure.
- Professional communication skills with a positive attitude.
- Strong attention to detail and basic analytical skills.
- Ability to operate Windows‑based systems and standard business equipment.
- You’ll make a meaningful difference for members during important everyday financial moments.
- You’ll gain valuable experience in banking, member service, and relationship‑building.
- You’ll work in a supportive, inclusive environment that values teamwork and growth.
