As the welcoming face and brand ambassador for our vibrant community, your key responsibilities include creating a welcoming atmosphere for visitors, efficiently managing details, and nurturing strong relationships.

This role involves engagement with prospective students and their families, handling phone inquiries, and managing administrative tasks.

$18 - $20 per hour (Temporary Position)

• Assist with tours for campus guests and visitors.
• Maintain a friendly and approachable demeanor, establishing rapport with visitors, including potential students, families, UTI colleagues, and industry partners.
• Handle visitor inquiries, concerns, and requests proactively and professionally.
• Collaborate with team members to address issues promptly and effectively.

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 1–2 years of in‑person customer‑facing experience welcoming guests, leading tours, or managing a front desk environment.
• Previous experience with a multi‑line phone system strongly preferred.
• Bilingual in Spanish preferred.

• Ability to work in a fast‑paced and highly visible environment.
• Professional and approachable demeanor.
• Effective written and verbal communication with all levels of employees and visitors.
• Adaptability to a variety of styles and personalities.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office software.
• Confidence in public speaking.
