Job Purpose:
Seeking an experienced salesperson with management skills capable of
maintaining and expanding our Distributor and Retailer sales in the Northeast region.
Job Duties:
The main objective of the Sales Manager is to increase Regional
sales volume across a variety of brands with distributors, retailers, mass
working independently to achieve company goals. This individual must be able to
implement strategic sales objectives, manage spending within budgetary guidelines
and produce results. It is important this person build and maintain rapport with key
customers as well as identify new customer opportunities. Individual must be able
to manage promotions utilizing our trade spend planning system. Strong written and verbal skills a must, as are dependability, teamwork, ability to build effective interpersonal relationships with customers and flexibility to perform other duties as management determines are necessary to fulfill your responsibilities. Experience in CPG food industry is a plus. Extensive travel is required and must reside in the Northeast region.

Experience:
Bachelor’s Degree and/or a minimum of 5 years sales experience preferred.
