Family Nurse Practitioner

A leading employer in the area is seeking an experienced Adult or Family Nurse Practitioner to support an on-site corporate health clinic serving employees and their adult dependents (18+). The environment is professional, well-resourced, and offers a stable, predictable patient flow ranging from executive leadership to facilities and support staff.

You’ll join a collaborative team including an NP, RN, and three Medical Assistants
. No blood draws are required.

• Provide acute care and primary care services for adult employees and dependents.
• Perform assessments, formulate care plans, diagnose, and manage treatment.
• Address episodic concerns, chronic conditions, preventive care, and wellness needs.
• Document thoroughly and accurately in the EHR.
• Work closely with on-site clinical team to maintain smooth and efficient clinic operations.
• Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in a corporate environment.

• Certified Adult Nurse Practitioner (ANP) or Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP)
• Active Connecticut APRN License
• Prescriptive Authority in Connecticut
• 1+ years of NP experience in Primary Care or Family Practice
• Ability to work the assigned schedule:
  Tues/Wed/Fri (7:45 AM–4:15 PM)
• Must be generally available Mon–Fri for occasional coverage swaps;
  Fridays mandatory

• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
• Comfortable interacting with a diverse workforce, from leadership to operations
• Experience in corporate health, occupational health, or employee wellness settings
• Able to work independently with support from onsite clinical staff

• Predictable, weekday day-shift hours
• No nights, weekends, or on-call requirements
• Low-acuity, well-organized clinic setting
