Position Summary
As a Production Operator, you will operate the clump litter lines and all associated equipment in a safe and efficient manner. You will maintain all aspects of the line by continuously monitoring and adjusting equipment as needed and also ensure the line is continuously supplied with raw materials. You will train in several areas within the factory so you can learn the operations and be a pivotal asset in our factory as a part of our team.

Because we’re a safety‑first culture, a primary responsibility will be ensuring top‑notch operations, maintenance, cleanliness and standard operations of the equipment. In this position, you will enjoy competitive weekly pay starting at $23.84 an hour during the new hire probation period and increasing to $25.95 an hour when the probationary period has been successfully completed, as well as overtime pay, quarterly bonuses, full health benefits, 401(k) match, paid time off, excellent maternity/paternity leave and so much more!
