3rd Shift General Production - $20/hour

’s production team as a 3rd Shift General Production worker. This entry‑level operation role supports a variety of basic responsibilities in a rotating production environment.
- Continuously inspect product to ensure highest quality standards.
- Remove all baskets that are not clean or are broken and store in designated area.
- Cross‑train in any skill-equivalent assignments as needed.
- Review pertinent information with previous and incoming shifts (safety, food safety, mechanical issues, etc.).
- Assist key positions such as utilities, operators, baggers when possible.
- Clean equipment and remove trash as necessary.
- Maintain a safe, neat, and clean work area in accordance with GMPs and GHPs.
- Communicate effectively and foster positive relationships with all coworkers.
- Follow all JSA guidelines and adhere to plant policies, safety rules, GMPs, and food‑safety policies.
- Other duties as assigned.
Dry Line
- Ensure product flow from product feed conveyor through slicers.
- Monitor slicer infeed and exit to prevent jam‑ups.
- Pack finished product into cases according to specifications.
- Place cartons on the superior and document lot codes for each variety.
- Remove bags that don’t meet specification from infeed conveyor.
Moulding, All 3 Lines
- Set panning to assure dough piece seam is on the bottom and monitor.
- Take dough weights and enter into Corner Stone system.
- Fill all flour hoppers and monitor usage.
- Place pans as needed for gaps.
Packaging, All 3 Lines
- Straighten product prior to slicer.
- Monitor slicer infeed to prevent jam‑ups.
- Remove thin or damaged product from the line.
- Rack off product as required.
- Pack product into baskets per specifications.
- Inspect as needed.
Processing
- Sort raisins.
- Relieve platform assistant tasks.
- Perform other miscellaneous duties.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Prior food‑related experience preferred.
- Ability to read, write, and understand English.
- All – Personal Protective Equipment (JSA’s).
- Dry – Superior conveyors.
- All – Housekeeping equipment.
- Dry & Processing – Pallet jack.
- Processing – Raisin table.
- Processing – Utility knife.
Frequency of Physical Demands
- Standing and walking – continuously.

- Lifting product weight 2–30 lbs – occasionally.
- Grasp/handle – continuously.
- Reach away from body – frequently.
- Reach above shoulder level – rarely.

- Forward bending – occasionally.

$20/hour; full‑time 12‑hour shifts with two 15‑minute breaks and one 30‑minute meal period. Overtime and weekend work required.
