Location:

1415 Blue Hills Ave, Home Goods Distribution Center, Bloomfield, USA.

We are seeking a Distribution Center Supervisor to ensure operating an efficient, productive, and safe department while meeting or exceeding daily production requirements within the Distribution Center. The role requires a minimum of 90% floor presence to review orders and direct associates.

• Manages day‑to‑day activity within the department, including planning, flow, and resource allocation.
• Develops and motivates associates, ensuring high morale and a positive culture.
• Builds effective relationships with business partners, including counterparts, peers, management, union representatives, Human Resources, Loss Prevention and Transportation.
• Communicates effectively with associates, counterparts, peers and management to provide a more efficient operation.
• Ensures the area meets all safety and housekeeping requirements.
• Constantly reviews practices, methods and processes for improvement and makes recommendations for opportunities to improve.

• Previous experience managing diverse teams of 20+ associates.
• 4–6 years of relevant experience.
• High School graduate, college preferred or equivalent work experience.
• Strong communication, coaching and development skills; strong math and PC skills.
• Proven ability to motivate teams and manage conflict; able to provide feedback and develop other leaders.
• Must be available to support multiple shifts.
