• Maintain standards in food production and quality.
• Expedite orders efficiently.
• Practice excellent sanitation standards.
• Execute scheduled banquet functions.
• Maintain professional relationships with colleagues.
• Assist in reducing waste and loss.
• Report equipment repair needs to the chef.
• Participate in training and development efforts.
• Follow safe work practices.
• Attend staff meetings.
• Check and date deliveries, report variances.
• Ensure coolers are at proper temperatures and cleaned daily.
• Manage inventory requisitions and supplies.
• Prepare food according to production plans and recipes.

• Associate's Culinary Degree and 2 years of culinary experience and/or training, or equivalent experience.

• Serv Safe certification preferred.
